  This company is such a d**k. I booked courier pickup on last thursday which I hope they would pick my panel on this Wednesday. When the time comes, I waited from 9 am to 5 pm but no any driver appeared so I called them for 6 times about pickup my panel, which I got different answers. 5 of them said the driver will appear soon would you pls give me your number, when the driver arrived they will call you, Thanks.

  My package was attempted for delivery on 20/11/17, they never came to my house to deliver and NEVER left a slip saying that they did, even though my house mate was home all day never seen anything. When I called call centre 2 days at NOON they told me that I have to wait a WHOLE businesses day to pick up my package from the depot after they failed to deliver it and has been siting there in their warehouse for 2 days.
